Coffee jelly Recipe
1. Brief description
Coffee jelly is a dessert that is good to enjoy after a meal with a sweet yet slightly bitter taste. It’s easy to make, and you can make it into a pretty shape with various shapes of heat resistance frames, dishes, glass cups, and glasses. Also, it can be effective in dieting with low-calorie foods.
2. Cooking ingredients(2 Servings)
300cc of water, 1t (2g) of agar powder, 5g of instant coffee, 1/2t of brandy (can be omitted, if brandy is added, a deeper and more profound flavor is added, giving it a luxurious dessert feel.)
Some syrup of your choice (e.g. caramel syrup, maple syrup, condensed milk syrup, etc.)
3. How to cook
Step 1. Add water and agar powder to a pot, mix well, and soak for about 5 minutes.
Step 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, stir well with a spatula, and heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 3. Add instant coffee and brandy to Step 2. and bring to a boil.
Step 4. When it boils, turn off the heat and put it in a heat-resistant frame, plate, glass cup, or glass, and let it cool for a while.
Step 5. When the jelly cools down, put it in the refrigerator to cool it down.
Step 6. Before serving as a dessert, sprinkle with a little syrup of your choice (e.g. caramel syrup, maple syrup, condensed milk syrup, etc.).

Adjust the sweetness with the amount of syrup.
If your brandy is high in alcohol, boil it a little longer to release more alcohol.
Serving it on a plate gives it a more luxurious image, but it is better to serve it in the form of a cup to eat neatly.
If eaten by children, do not add brandy or boil thoroughly to remove alcohol.
Garnish with berries or herbs like mint.
