Peach tart Recipe
1. Brief description
Peach Tart requires fresh, chewy peaches. It’s even better if you use seasonal peaches, but the peach season is quite short. So, You can easily make a tart with canned peaches available in the market.
2. Cooking ingredients(1 piece)
Dough ingredients: Cake flour 230g, butter 100g, sugar 60g, egg 40g
Honey almond cream: 70g sugar, 70g almond flour or sliced almonds, 70g butter, 70g egg, 70g peach syrup or Syrup in canned peaches syrup
4 cans of canned peaches
3. How to cook
Step 1. Add butter and sugar to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2. Add eggs to the ingredients in Step 1. and whip them. Then add cake flour and mix well.
Step 3. Put the well-mixed ingredients in plastic or wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 4. Take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out with a rolling pin. Then put it in a tart mold or heat-resistant container. It holds the shape that fits the frame. And make a hole with a fork.
Step 5. Take out the peaches from the canned peaches, and remove as much moisture as possible on a paper towel.
Step 6. Add butter, sugar (powdered sugar), almond powder or almond slices to a bowl and mix well.
Step 7. Add the peach syrup and egg from the canned food to the ingredients in Step 6. and mix well.
Step 8. Apply the ingredients from Step 7. evenly over the ingredients from Step 4.
Step 9. Place the peach, the ingredient of Step 5., on top of the cream.
Step 10. Put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes.

It is recommended to leave the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to a day.
You can also use other fruits instead of peaches.
The degree of baking may vary depending on the type and heat of the oven, so it is recommended to check it once.
Due to the nature of the tart, the sweetness may be strong, so adjust the amount of sugar and syrup according to your taste.
