Frittata Recipe
1. Brief description
Frittata’ is an Italian-style omelette dish made with eggs as a base and various ingredients (meat, cheese, vegetables, etc.). ‘Frittata’ comes from the Italian ‘friggere’, which means ‘fried’.
2. Cooking ingredients(2 servings)
egg water
4 eggs, 45g (3T) Parmesan cheese powder, 170ml (3/4 cup) milk, a little bit of salt, a little bit of pepper powder
50g arugula (can be replaced with spinach), 1/2 onion, 4 strips of bacon, 15g (1T) cooking oil
3. How to cook
chapter 1. Remove the roots of the arugula, remove one piece at a time, wash and set aside.(If you like, you can add finely chopped onion and cherry tomatoes and so on)
chapter 2. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
chapter 3. Put the egg mixture ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
chapter 4. Put cooking oil and various vegetables in a heated pan and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Then add bacon and fry well for 2-3 minutes.
chapter 5. Add arugula (or spinach) and fry for another 30 seconds.
chapter 6. Add egg water and stir well for 1 minute over low heat, and spread the ingredients well on the pan. (At this time, cherry tomatoes can be added to enhance the color.) Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.(Note. Be sure to cook on low heat, being careful not to burn the bottom.)
chpater 7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the finished frittata to add flavor. (You can use other cheeses according to your taste.)

Whipping vigorously while making the egg mixture will allow more air to enter and create a softer frittata.
