Kimchi fried rice(Kimchi bokkeum bap) Recipe
1. Brief description
Kimchi Fried Rice is a simple dish that can be made with rice and kimchi, a traditional Korean food, as the main ingredients.
It is easy to cook, and it is good for a simple one-bowl meal.
2. Cooking ingredients(2 servings)
150g cabbage kimchi, 1/4 onion, 300g cooked rice (serves for 2 people), 100g minced meat or ham, bacon, canned tuna, 2 egg, a little green onion.
3. How to cook
Step 1. Remove the some seasoning and cut the cabbage kimchi into 1cm lengths.
Step 2. Prepare the meat by mincing it. If using ham or bacon, cut them into 1cm pieces. If using canned tuna, drain the oil slightly.
Step 3. Heat oil in a pan, add kimchi, onion, and the ingredients prepared in Step 2. and fry.
Step 4. When the ingredients cooked in chapter 3. are properly cooked, add the rice and fry until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 5. Serve the prepared kimchi fried rice on a plate, then serve with fried egg and green onion on top.

Adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
Put the rice in the pan, press the rice with a ladle, spread it out and fry it, it tastes even better.
If you are unfamiliar with the spicy taste, it is recommended to sprinkle tomato ketchup on kimchi fried rice.
