Empanada Recipe

1. Brief description

Empanada is a dish in which various ingredients (minced meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, etc.) are put in a dough of wheat flour, and then baked or fried. It is a dish that originated in Spain and is eaten not only in Spain, but also in southern Europe and South America.

Dough: 160g medium flour, 50g butter, 50ml milk, a little bit of salt

4. How to cook

Step 4. Put the filling in the dough, fold the dough in half, and press it while forming a shape with a fork.

Step 5. The filling is already cooked, so just bake it in the oven (about 10 minutes) until the dough is golden, or deep fry it in oil.
