Sangria cocktail Recipe

1. Brief description

It is a traditional Spanish and Portuguese drink made with red wine as the main ingredient and fruit (or juice) such as apples, oranges, and lemons. In Spain, red wine is the main ingredient, but in Portugal, white wine or sparkling wine is also used.

2. Cooking ingredients(2 servings)

Red wine 750ml (1 bottle), 2 oranges, 2 lemons, 1 apple, other fruits

Add sugar (or grape, orange, or cranberry juice), cinnamon sticks, and carbonated water according to your taste.

3. How to cook

Step 1. Add sugar of suitable sweetness to red wine. (You can substitute grape, orange, or cranberry juice.)

Step 2. Wash fruits such as oranges, lemons, and apples by rubbing their skins with coarse salt or baking soda, and then cut into 0.5cm thick slices.

Step 3. Mix the ingredients of Step 1. and Step 2. and place in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

Adjust sugar (or juice), cinnamon sticks, and carbonated water according to your taste. You can also boil red wine to make non-alcoholic sangria.
