1. Brief description
Lassi, originally made from buffalo milk, is a yogurt-based beverage that originated in the Indian Punjab region. However, nowadays, it is primarily made with yogurt, water, sugar, and spices.
Lassi can be broadly categorized into two types: sweet and unsweetened.
In the northern Indian and Punjab regions, it is often mildly sweet or consumed with a pinch of salt. In Pakistan, it is enjoyed by mixing yogurt with water and adding a touch of salt. In Bangladesh, it is prepared with salt and mint.

1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt,
1/2 cup cold water,
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
little teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, but recommended for taste)
ice cubes (optional for cooler)

Step 1. Place yogurt, cold water, and ice in a blender or mixing bowl.

You can also use honey instead of sugar.
